UNEMPLOYMENT - A TIME BOMB WAITING TO EXPLODE

Oga Jonathan,

I am a youth who is also affected by this new scourge called unemployment whether directly or indirectly. Statistics show that over 75% of Nigerian youths are unemployed. There are so many of us who have become so frustrated that they have resorted to crimes such as kidnapping, 419, drug abuse, robbery, etc. Some others have joined their ancestors through desperate acts of suicide. I do not know if you have ministers or special advisers in charge of this - employment. But I do know that they receive their estacodes, emoluments, allowances, etc despite the huge work they feel they have done. I also do know that what matters to you is to hold fund-raising that amounts to billions for your cherished presidential campaign and so you are not bothered.

Anyway, I just want you to know that a stitch in time saves nine, and you of all people should know that if this scourge is not checked, you may have a time bomb waiting right before your own eyes to explode i.e. if it hasn't started exploding at all. Did I hear you say IBB - Independence Bomb ...
